The upflow pressure screen is a new type of pulp screening equipment developed by our factory with the digestion and absorption of imported prototype technology. The equipment is designed for the characteristics of the impurities in the recycled pulp for the upflow structure, can be widely used in all kinds of pulp rough screen, fine screen and paper machine before the pulp screening, has incomparable good performance and reliability, is a variety of domestic pressure screen used in the treatment of recycled pulp replacement products.

As is known to all, the impurities in recycled pulp are light and heavy impurities. Traditional pressure screen from the upper feed, the bottom of the discharge of slag, heavy and light impurities are through the entire screen slurry area. When processing chemical pulp, the proportion and mass of impurities in the pulp are generally greater than a single fiber, this structure is conducive to reducing the residence time of impurities in the equipment. However, when the recycled pulp contains a large number of light impurities with a small specific gravity, it will greatly prolong the residence time of light impurities in the equipment, resulting in the decrease of screening efficiency and increase the wear and even damage of the rotor with the screen drum.

HMUV type pressure screen adopts the upflow structure design of the bottom into the slurry, the bottom of the heavy slag, the top of the light slag, effectively solve the above problems. Light impurities and slurry in the air naturally rise to the top of the slag discharge mouth discharge, a heavy impurities into the body can be settled to the bottom of the discharge. In this way, on the one hand, the residence time of impurities in the screen area is effectively shortened, the possibility of impurity circulation is reduced, and the screening efficiency is improved. On the other hand, it can prevent the loss caused by heavy impurities to the rotor and screen drum and prolong the service life of the equipment.
