Process description: 

The production wastewater passes through the mechanical grating machine (optional, the equipment is separately provided as needed) to remove larger floating matter and

suspended solids into the regulating tank, and the regulating tank pumps the primary sedimentation tank, and the primary sedimentation tank flows into the hydrolysis

acidification tank to make the macromolecule The organic matter is decomposed into small molecular organic matter, and the insoluble organic matter is converted into soluble

organic matter, and when entering the aerobic pool, the biodegradability of the sewage is improved, and the efficiency of oxygen is improved. 

The water in the acidification tank flows into the aerobic aeration tank, and the biochemical tank is provided with a hollow fiber filler, which has good elasticity and corrosion

resistance, and is suitable for the microbial hanging film. The biochemical pool can be equipped with a first-class biochemical pool, a secondary biochemical pool, and even a

multi-level biochemical pool. The water in the biochemical pool flows into the sedimentation tank with the honeycomb filler, and the special structure of the honeycomb filler

makes it a good sedimentation property. At this time, the sewage is separated from the sedimentation tank, and the effluent enters the clear water tank (if disinfection is required,

the user can disinfect the unit), the sludge enters the sludge tank, and a part of the sludge can be returned to the acidification tank as needed. The oxygen pool can also be

pumped out. Fans are generally outside the equipment.
