D type water conservancy pulper is a new energy saving vertical water conservancy pulper in colleges and universities, which is designed by digestion, absorption and introduction technology. The principle of action is to use the mechanical action of the rotating blade in the groove and the centrifugal hydraulic fragmentation caused by the rotation of the impeller to achieve the purpose of dredge slurry. This series of equipment adopts tank body of D type structure. The bottom is provided with an appropriate number of slurry plate, change the direction of the traditional circular pulper slurry flow line, so that the slurry flow always tends to the center direction, and improve the height of the central part of the slurry level, at the same time, has added the number of slurry impact on the impeller, mentioned the slurry distribution capacity of 30%. The impeller adopts a new type of energy-saving and efficient blade shape, with internal and external double blades can save 25% energy, which is an ideal equipment for continuous or intermittent disintegrating pulp board, damaged paper and waste paper in papermaking industry.
