The single-effect fiber separator is mainly used to separate the light and heavy sundries in the waste pulp, and to break the pulp from the Shuili pulper twice. With the help of the secondary disintegration of the machine, the mesh at the bottom of the hydraulic pulper can be enlarged and its production capacity can be improved.

This machine is equivalent to a combination of a sealed horizontal water vertical pulper and a heavy and light impurity desander, compact structure, high efficiency, this record set breaking, removing impurity, coarse screen and other functions in one, greatly simplifying the waste paper processing process, reduce energy consumption.

The working principle of

The slurry tangentially enters the tank body and accelerates under the action of the impeller, generating eddy current in the tank body. The centripetal force generated by the eddy current makes the light debris gather in the center of the eddy current, while the heavy debris is thrown to the tank wall. The heavy debris gathered in the center of the tank body is discharged continuously or intermittently from the light impurities discharge port installed on the front cover through the valve. The heavy debris thrown to the tank wall and part of the slurry continuously enter the heavy debris discharge pipe together through the heavy debris discharge pipe, and the slurry removed by the slag separator after the heavy debris is sent back to the slurry pipe. The removed heavy sundries are collected in the sundries tank of the slag cleaner and discharged regularly through the valve. After the impeller is broken twice in the pulp diameter groove, it is sent out through the sieve plate at the back of the impeller through the slurry pipe.
