First, the project brief
This program is mainly for the sewage treatment of the fruit processing plant. The daily water discharge is about 120 tons, the raw water quality: COD is about 8000mg/L, the BOD is about 2400 mg/L; the discharge standard is the national second-level discharge standard: the effluent COD is not more than 100mg/L, and the BOD is not more than 30mg/L.

Second, the treatment process
Since the raw water COB and BOD content is very high, in order to make the effluent reach the discharge standard, it is recommended to use the air flotation + two-stage A2/O treatment process. The air flotation machine reduces the raw water COD and BOD by 20%, the first grade A2/O pre-degrades the raw water COD and BOB by 85%, and the secondary A2/O reduces the COD and BOD values by about 90%, which can fully meet the secondary emission. standard. The detailed process flow is shown in the following figure.

Third, the processing process detailed

1. Regulating tank: It mainly reduces the impact load of raw water, so that the raw water can smoothly enter the next process to adjust the water quality and quantity.

2, air flotation machine: mainly remove SS and COD in raw water, BOD.SS removal rate reached 95%, COD and BOD removal rate reached 20%.

3. Primary anaerobic tank and first-grade anoxic tank: mainly hydrolytic acidification treatment of raw water to reduce COD and BOD values;

4. Primary biochemical pool: equipped with activated sludge, packing and aeration head. Mainly after the first-stage anaerobic and anoxic treatment of raw water for biochemical treatment, after the process, the raw water COD and BOD values can be reduced by about 85%; N, P content can be degraded by about 80%;

5. Secondary anaerobic tank and anoxic tank: The effluent acidification treatment is mainly carried out on the pretreated sewage to prepare for the second reduction of COD and BOD values;

6. Secondary biochemical pool: It is equipped with activated sludge, filler and micro-aeration head with strong vitality. Mainly after the secondary anaerobic and anoxic treatment of raw water for biochemical treatment, after the process, the raw water COD and BOD can be reduced by about 90%; N, P content can be degraded by about 80%;

7. Second settling tank: It is equipped with packing, which mainly separates the sewage from the two-stage biochemical treatment, and reduces the suspended solid concentration of the sewage, ie the SS value;

8. Disinfecting pool/clearing pool: It mainly collects the clean water from the second settling tank. After disinfection, it can be directly discharged into the water body or used as greening water.

Sludge Concentration Pool: The sludge deposited in the air flotation machine and the secondary sedimentation tank is separated by mud and water under the action of gravity to reduce the water content in the sludge. The concentrated sludge can be treated as green fertilizer and compost.
